Dae Dae Releases New Project “5 Reasons”

Atlanta rapper Dae Dae was very successfull in the release of the hit singles “Spend It” and “Wat U Mean”.  With a follow-up to his 4 Reasons mixtape with the sequentially releases 5 Reasons under 300 Entertainment.

The release comes after lead single “New Wave,” which is buzzing everywhere.

R&B Singer Tank Announces “Savage” Tour

Atlantic Records recording artist Tank is excited to announces the “Savage Tour,” in support of his 4th studio album entitled “Savage”. The tour kicks off on September 5 at the City Winery in Nashville, TN. along with stops in New York, Boston, Little Rock, Memphis among others. Author Kevin Powell Files Lawsuit Against “All Eyez On Me” Creator

Well known Hip Hop Journalist/Author Kevin Powell has filed a federal lawsuit against the creators of the Tupac Shakur biopic, “All Eyez On Me”, which he says relies on interviews he conducted.

Some of the articles in were published in Vibe Magazine around the mid-’90s and focused on Tupac’s civil rights and gangster rap movement. Sources say, according to the suit, All Eyez On Me‘s executive producer L.T. Hutton did an interview earlier this month where he admitted he looked at “all of the interviews” with the late Hip Hop luminary to make the movie.

Powell is reportedly pursuing to immediately block the film from playing in theaters and be rewarded. Despite mixed reactions from fans and critics alike, “All Eyez On Me”. However, in its first week the movie earned an estimated $27 million its opening weekend and landed at #3 on the box office charts. Stay Tuned In…

Annalé Album To Be Released Fall 2017

Singer/Songwriter Annalé jumped on the scene with her 2016 release “Roses” which peaked at #19 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Songs chart.

Her single “Showtime” was co-produced by Stokely Williams (former front man of 90s R&B group Mint Condition), and features his signature swing groove mixed with Annalé’s smooth vocals on the breakdown.

Annalé musical influences include Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Floetry, Dwele, Musiq Soulchild and Lalah Hathaway.

Funkmaster Flex went live on Instagram Live to discuss the night of November 30, 1994 when Tupac Shakur was shot in the leg at New York City’s Quad Studios. Apparently it seems that Flex was in the building at the time of the shooting.

Flex said, “PAc knew who approached him,” he continued. “He had a steel on him, ’cause he knew he had a issue out there, and when get got there, they was just gonna take his jewelry. They didn’t even touch him. He panicked, pulled out the steel and shot himself.”
